Throwback video of late Access Bank CEO Herbert Wigwe promising to build his people a world-class university (Watch)
In a recently discovered clip, the late Herbert Wigwe, the CEO of Access Bank, was seen making a heartfelt promise to create a prestigious institution prior to his passing.
Remember that on February 10, 2024, in California, USA, a helicopter disaster claimed the lives of Herbert Wigwe, 57, his wife, and their kid. Many were devastated to learn of his demise, and many people were moved to consider his outstanding talents and intelligence in the financial industry.
Herbert Wigwe, a Rivers State native, was seen speaking to his community in a recently discovered video while leading a university initiative on their behalf.
He gave them his word that the university would be of the highest caliber and strive to be the best in all of Africa. It’s worth highlighting that the late Access Bank CEO fulfilled the university project for his community before his untimely demise.
